Brand & Marketing Designer
Join our team as an ambitious brand & marketing designer helping to shape the AI operating system for the specialty chemicals industry
Responsibilities
- Lead the design of all marketing and sales materials across web, social, and presentations.
- Create and maintain a cohesive visual system that scales across channels.
- Work closely with the founders and GTM team to shape Kimia’s storytelling.
- Translate complex product concepts into clear, engaging visual content.
- Continuously refine and evolve the brand’s visual identity as the company grows.
technical requirements
- 3+ years’ experience in B2B marketing design, ideally within SaaS, AI, or deep tech products.
- Strong portfolio across web, brand, and marketing design.
- Proficiency in Figma & Webflow.
- Confident working from high-level briefs and improving on visual references.
- Experience collaborating with marketing, product, and content teams.
- Deep understanding of brand systems, typography, and layout for corporate audiences.
- Open to candidates without formal degrees - demonstrated ability and initiative matter most
