Chemical Product Engineer

In this Chemical Product Engineer role, you will be at the core of enhancing our AI and SaaS platform’s chemical intelligence. Your contributions will ensure the platform’s scientific rigor, driving tangible value for customers by improving how they interact with and benefit from our product. By providing a chemical lens across product development, you will help shape an application used by the best chemical manufacturers around the world.
Responsibilities
  • Refine Chemical Intelligence: Ensure our AI tools demonstrate accurate chemical understanding, evaluating and refining features tied to real-world chemical principles.
  • User-centric development: Collaborate with cross-functional teams – engineering, product, and design – to align product capabilities with user needs.
  • Customer insights: Participate in occasional client conversations to understand chemical workflows, capturing feedback that informs product improvements.
  • Continuous improvement: Help optimize processes and automation strategies to deliver a high-quality user experience and reliable chemical data.
  • Chemical expertise: Provide guidance on chemical concepts, best practices, and potential pitfalls, acting as the go-to resource for chemistry-related queries.
  • Feature evaluation: Review and assess new AI-driven features, sharing feedback on performance and chemical accuracy.
  • Collaboration & communication: Work closely with internal stakeholders to communicate findings, insights, and user pain points effectively.
  • Solution optimization: Identify areas to enhance workflows, reduce manual steps, and maintain a consistent standard of chemical comprehension.
  • Documentation & knowledge sharing: Contribute to product documentation and internal knowledge bases, ensuring chemistry insights are accessible to the wider team.
