Staff Formulation Chemist, Adhesives

Own and shape how AI enhances adhesive formulation. As a strategic subject matter expert, you’ll help build tools that reflect the real-world workflows of chemists working in automotive, packaging, industrial, and consumer product applications.
Responsibilities
  • Act as the subject matter expert on adhesive formulation, providing perspective on customer needs, selection drivers, and development timelines across verticals.
  • Collaborate with product and engineering teams to define AI workflows that support how chemists actually work.
  • Represent the voice of the adhesive chemist in user research, product design, and customer conversations.
  • Help go-to-market teams understand how different segments (e.g., automotive vs. consumer) weigh performance, compliance, cost, and other priorities.
  • Identify opportunities where the platform can reduce time-to-formulation, improve decision-making, or accelerate regulatory and commercial readiness.
  • Evangelize the platform’s value not just as an efficiency tool but as an enabler for deeper innovation and faster iteration.
