• Act as the subject matter expert on food and nutrition product development, providing perspective on customer needs, selection drivers, regulatory and compliance considerations, and development timelines across different verticals.
• Work closely with product, engineering, and customer teams to define AI workflows that support how chemists actually work.
• Represent the voice of the food and nutrition chemist in user research, product design, and customer conversations.
• Help go to market teams understand how different applications weigh performance, compliance, cost, and other priorities.
• Identify opportunities where the platform can reduce time to market, improve decision making, or accelerate regulatory and commercial readiness.
• Evangelize the platform value not just as an efficiency tool but as an enabler for deeper innovation and faster iteration.

• 5+ years experience in food and nutrition formulation, product development, or applied R&D in a commercial context.
• Hands on familiarity with market specific priorities: performance requirements, regulatory hurdles, customer qualification.
• Track record of working across functions (marketing, regulatory, sales) to bring products to market in a collaborative environment.
• Ability to articulate how digital tools can enhance, not replace, the chemist role.
• Strong communication skills and comfort working with technical and non technical teams.
